I, ______________________________, agree to the purchase of Biewer Terrier for the price of $. I agree to take the full responsibility of the animal’s care, health, and needs. I am aware of the cost of owning and caring for this animal and I am in a financial situation to meet the requirements. I will be responsible for the health of the animal after today’s date and can guarantee its well-being. If at some point I decide to rehome this animal, I agree to uphold these expectations to the following individual.

If for whatever reason life throws you a curveball and you cannot care for the puppy you can always return the puppy to my care with a 500 dollar rehome fee that I will pay you back for at any point for 10 years. I will not demand reasons. The important part is that the puppy is safe and your wellbeing matters too and things happen in life that is not planned. It could be due to financial changes, medical reasons, or lifestyle adjustments. There are a million reasons as to why a dog cannot be in your care. I respect that and would rather rehome your baby back to me and I will take on full responsibility thereafter.
I do not withhold breeding rights, as the puppy becomes yours and I respect your discretion. I will be available for support, questions, and concerns if you choose to go down this path. Like mentioned above, the wellbeing of the animal is of number one priority and I would rather be a part of healthy and safe breeding than withholding this right and having a new owner navigating breeding alone. I do not recommend breeding Biewers that weigh below 5lbs. However, I will be a resource for any questions no matter the circumstance.
